In La Baule, the sea has been at the heart of a way of life devoted to well-being for more than a century. ORA, the vitality destination of the Resort Barrière La Baule, offers a contemporary expression of it today, at the crossroads of prevention, movement, nutrition, treatments and recovery.

A multidisciplinary team of experts (dietitians, fitness coaches and practitioners) designs personalised programmes around your expectations. Assessments, marine treatments, physical activity and recovery technologies come together to help you better understand your overall balance, and to leave with practical guidance to carry into everyday life.

A few minutes from L'Hermitage, ORA can be reached on foot or by the hotel shuttle.

This Échappée opens the doors of ORA to you. Depending on the length of your stay, it is complemented by a first experience or by a personalised programme at ORA.

2-night package: each guest receives two treatments at ORA: a 20-minute Vital'Mer Signature wrap and a 50-minute Expert Sur Mesure facial by Biologique Recherche. ORA also offers you three complimentary experiences: a whole-body cryotherapy session, a 45-minute fitness class and a 20-minute PSiO BrainLight light and sound relaxation session. ORA's fitness room is open to you throughout your stay.

4-night package: we invite you on this immersion to take a complete stock of your preventive health. It begins with a blood test and four measurements of your key health markers, followed by two consultations with ORA's experts. You then receive ten treatments: four marine treatments, three Biologique Recherche treatments and three recovery sessions. An assessment with a coach, a personalised training session, an osteopathy session and three mind-and-body sessions complete the programme. You leave with practical recommendations to carry into everyday life.

Assessments: essential laboratory tests for a global overview, with structured medical and nutritional follow-up to give meaning to the data collected.
Treatments: marine treatments (remineralising seawater bath, marine massage, Vital'Mer seaweed wrap, massage under affusion shower) and Biologique Recherche beauty rituals to reveal the radiance and firmness of the skin (signature exfoliating treatment, Expert Sur Mesure facial, signature relaxing massage).
Regeneration and recovery: the most advanced technologies in the service of vitality (Cryojet whole-body cryotherapy session, OxyRevo hyperbaric chamber session, PSiO BrainLight light and sound stimulation session).

At Ciro's, open to the sea in a chic and relaxed atmosphere, guests savour seafood platters, salt-crusted sea bass or blue lobster linguine.

Le Pavillon, with its Art Deco setting, serves wood-fired cuisine inspired by La Baule, from langoustines to rib of beef, along with a terrace overlooking the garden.

The Bar de L'Hermitage carries the evening on with creative cocktails.

From Paris: around 3 hours by direct train to La Baule-Escoublac, or 4 hours 15 minutes by car.
From London: direct flight to Nantes in around 1 hour 20 minutes (easyJet, Ryanair), then around 50 minutes by car.
From Milan: direct flight to Nantes in around 1 hour 35 minutes (easyJet, Volotea), then around 50 minutes by car.
