EXPERIENCE

Let yourself be carried by the gentle pace of the place: a pause by the outdoor pool, a few lengths in the heated indoor pool at 28°C, or a moment of surrender at the Nuxe Spa - sauna, ice cascade, hydro-massage pool and bespoke treatments await. For those drawn to movement, a tennis court, bicycles and a fitness room are also at hand.

And at the gateway to Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the Camargue unfolds in all its rare richness. Its landscapes reveal themselves on horseback, by bicycle, by boat or by 4x4, among flamingos, salt flats and vast lagoons. Wild beaches, just 2 km from the Mas de la Fouque, invite long, unhurried walks. The Pont de Gau ornithological park is not to be missed. Further afield, Aigues-Mortes and its ramparts, or Arles, city of art and history, extend the escape still further.

Breakfast is served as a buffet: pastries, artisan jams, Camargue honey, fresh fruit - so that every morning begins as it should.

At La Table de Marius, the Camargue comes to the plate. Under the guidance of Chef Jérémy Faure, the cuisine celebrates local, seasonal produce with refinement and generosity. In the warmer months, the terrace becomes a privileged setting in which to watch night fall gently over the lagoons.
