An iconic institution of Burgundy’s haute gastronomy, La Côte d'Or continues the visionary spirit of Bernard Loiseau, an emblematic figure of French cuisine. In an elegant and luminous setting, each dish celebrates the purity of the product, precision in technique, and true culinary emotion.

Spa Loiseau des Sens is a 1,500 m² wellness haven in the heart of the Morvan, widely awarded for the immersive and sensory experience it offers. Designed as an invitation to disconnect, it provides a unique journey through spaces created to awaken and soothe the senses.

Its Multisensory area features captivating pathways and alcoves designed to stimulate the five senses, while the Volupté area invites absolute relaxation with a panoramic sauna, hammams, and a sea-air cabin — in a refined atmosphere ideal for escape and serenity.
