LA GRAND'VIGNE

Awarded two Michelin stars, the gourmet restaurant La Grand’Vigne invites you to immerse yourself in the Graves vineyards and the world of Chef Nicolas Masse. Delight in sublime ingredients sourced from our organic gardens, carefully selected by the chef, or provided by the finest local producers, showcasing the richness of our terroir.

With precise, ingredient-focused cuisine, take a moment to embrace a simpler, authentic, and serene life—a harmonious blend of Earth and the Art of the Vines.

Note: La Grand’Vigne Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

LA TABLE DU LAVOIR

Beneath an 18th-century wooden framework salvaged from Médoc wine cellars, experience generous, flavorful cuisine in a charming “bistro” spirit. Always honoring the rhythm of the seasons and regional sourcing, this lively, convivial space instantly transports you to the warm ambiance of a countryside inn.

On the menu: delicious, seasonal dishes and heirloom vegetables thoughtfully prepared by our chefs. Expect timeless family classics with a surprising twist, offering both comfort and discovery.

THE ROOMS

Les Sources de Caudalie offers 62 rooms and suites that invite you on a journey through the Aquitaine region, spread across six unique houses, each inspired by regional variations: La Bastide des Grands Crus, Le Comptoir des Indes, La Maison du Lièvre, La Grange au Bateau, Le Village des Pêcheurs, and L’Ile aux Oiseaux.

Each room bears an evocative name, from Claret to Archipels, and features iconic, distinctive décor.

Each suite embodies the distinctive "Buco’Chic" ambiance that defines our signature style. Inside, bright wallpapers blend harmoniously with whitewashed wooden paneling, while the furnishings combine collectible pieces with 1950s-inspired design reissues. Walls adorned with photos, butterfly collections, and eclectic art objects evoke the charm of a family home nestled in the heart of the Bassin d’Arcachon.

Getting Here

By Plane: Bordeaux Mérignac International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The Paris-Bordeaux flight takes 1h15.
By Train: Bordeaux Saint-Jean TGV station is about 20 minutes away by car, and Cadaujac TER station is less than a 10-minute drive. The Paris-Bordeaux TGV journey takes 2h10.
By Car: Approximately 2h20 from Toulouse and 2h40 from Poitiers.

The team at Les Sources de Caudalie is happy to assist with private transfer bookings from the airport or train station. Please note that transfers are not included in the cost of your stay.

The reservation is non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.

Parking: Free parking available.

Pets: Allowed with an additional charge of €30 per day.
